2.1 Server log files

When you visit the site, our host Cloudflare processes technical data: IP address (truncated), date/time, transferred volume, user agent. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure operation of the site. Retention: 14 days.

2.2 Contact

When you reach out via email, WhatsApp or phone, we store your details to process your inquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.3 Booking via GoHighLevel

On our contact page you can book a slot via an iFrame from the LeadConnector platform (GoHighLevel). Name, email, optional phone and booking data are transmitted to LeadConnector LLC (USA). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. Transfer to the USA happens based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Cloudflare Inc., USA - hosting and CDN. SCCs in place.
  • LeadConnector LLC (GoHighLevel), USA - booking widget and CRM. SCCs in place.
  • Mailgun Technologies Inc., USA - email delivery, where used. SCCs in place.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no tracking cookies. We only use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. language preference). Therefore no cookie banner.

The embedded GoHighLevel iFrame may set its own cookies when you use it. Details: gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

5. iFrame notice

The contact page embeds an iFrame from the LeadConnector platform for booking. When you load the page, your browser connects to the provider’s servers in the USA. Data may reach the provider regardless of whether you actively use the widget.
